These terms apply to NeatPix (neatpix.com), operated by XIAO ZHIYI. By using the site you agree to them.

Accounts

Keep your sign-in secure. One person per account; do not create accounts to collect extra free credits.

Credits and payments

Credits are used to run tools as described on the pricing page. They cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash. Purchased credits do not expire. Refunds follow our refund policy.

Acceptable use

• Only upload content you have the right to use.
• Do not use the tools for anything illegal, to harm others, or to infringe anyone’s rights.
• Do not overload, scrape or attempt to bypass limits, payments or security.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Your content

You keep all rights to what you upload and to the results. You allow us to process your files only to provide the service. Files are deleted after 24 hours.

No warranty

The tools are provided “as is”. Check results before relying on them. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
